I bought my first pair of Redwing Boots today at this store. The customer service was great. I was kindly greeted when I came in and was promptly helped to find exactly what I was looking for for the work that I do. I'm looking forward to seeing how the boots hold up and doing future business with this store.

Jeff is absolutely wonderful. His customer service is number one. He knows who we are everytime we walk in. My husband has been buying boots there for 3 years and will never buy boots anywhere else.

Simply outstanding customer service. The owner knows more about work boots than anyone I've ever met. Redwing is more expensive, but it's much higher quality than other brands. Sturdier boots that last longer AND are comfortable during a 14 hour workday. I highly recommend this location.

We can't say enough about Ben and his top notch quality service he provides to his customers. When I say he goes the extra mile...that's putting it mildly. We live 2 hrs away from his store and desperately started calling on the phone searching for Elk Tracker 882 boots by Red Wing. I told him that these are the only boots my husband wears 24/7 due to his club feet. That these boots along with his orthotics are the only thing that gives him relief and that we have been searching for a new pair locally and online since Oct 2021. We were desperate to find a new pair because his are so worn out and he was in excruciating pain daily. Although Ben didn't have them available he was willing to search through his network and try and find us a pair. Needless to say, within 15 mins he called us back and had a pair available to be shipped out. We literally received them two days later. You just don't find service like that anymore! We highly recommend Ben and his Camp Hill store.

A GREAT family owned and operated. Customer service is perfect. They will do anything for you. I have bought multiple Red Wing Heritage boots through this store, and will ONLY buy from this store.
It’s a wise decision to buy Red Wing boots, it is unwise to go to any other location.

I bought a pair of boots from here about a year ago. They have held up incredibly well through commercial snow clearing, lawn care, and landscaping. The guy working there when I walked in was very helpful in deciding what pair of boots to go with. The boots fit well and were comfortable straight from the box. The insoles needed to be replaced after about 9 months of wear. The boots in the store are rather expensive but well worth it for the quality of the boots.

The customer service here is amazing! The knowledge they have about boots is unbelievable. I bought a pair and they felt great in the store, but after I wore them to work, they hurt my feet so bad! My toes went numb! I told them about it and they exchanged the boots for me with a wider version of the boots I bought. Now they fit great! They said "the last thing we want is for you to be unhappy with your boots" this place is awesome!

I stopped in the store looking for a specific shoe. The store associate was quick to make a recommendation. He was very knowledgeable and was able to help me select the perfect pair of shoes. I highly recommend stopping in.

You get what you pay for when it comes to footwear. If you want comfortable boots and help by knowledgeable, experienced, honest and down to earth owners, this is the place to go. Yes, the boots cost more, yes, some of them have a harsh break in period, but you will be rewarded with a pair of footwear that will be comfortable and last a long time if you have patience. The owner and his son are great people. They really want and appreciate your business and have went above and beyond for me multiple times to make sure I was absolutely happy with the Iron Rangers I purchased. This is what real customer service and appreciation looks like. If you have the money and are in the market for a good pair of work, hunting or even every day boots, go here. You won't be disappointed.

It was our first time at Red Wing 👞 Shoes in Carlisle, PA. We had a great experience. We highly recommend this store for you steel toe shoes, boots etc. Great Customer Service. We ordered Steel Toe shoes; it will be mailed to our home at no extra cost. He even gave me a piece of his “Jade Plant”. We will continue to shop and will refer others to Red Wing Shoes. Thank you for your kindness. ;-).
