This state funded pro- gram through ODOT provides funding for construction or recon- struction of county roads or bridges on the county highway system that are of the high- est priority as defined by the Transportation Commission.
The program consists of state apportionments from the Motor Vehicle Collection Tax of $120 million dollars per state fiscal year. The monthly apportionments are di- vided in equal amounts between the eight ODOT Transportation Commission Districts. A five-year construc- tion work plan, updated annually, is cooperative- ly developed and main- tained by the Circuit En- gineering Districts and the Local Government Division at ODOT. Ap- proximately 75 percent of the five-year CIRB construction plan is funded with CIRB funds and the other 25 percent may come from federal Surface Transportation Program (STP), Tribal federal dollars, city or county local funds. We collaborated together as a team, and something that the citizens of Okmulgee County need to DENTONVILLE ROAD CONTINUED FROM A1 MN partners to provide Summer EBT The Muscogee Nation is partnering with the Chickasaw Nation, the Cher- okee Nation, Hunger Free Oklaho- ma and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) to introduce the Summer Electronic Benefit Transfer Program for Children (Summer EBT) to the Muscogee Nation Reservation. Summer EBT provides additional nutritional support to eligible Native and Non-Native children during the summer months when they do not have access to school meals. Around 105,000 children are eligible to receive a food package valued at $120 during the summer in Creek, Hughes, Ok- fuskee, Okmulgee, McIntosh, Mus- cogee, Tulsa, and Wagoner counties. Most schools located on the Mus- cogee Reservation have submitted student data for households to re- ceive a pre-authorized Summer EBT Card. However, if your student lives on the Muscogee Reservation, attends a school that did not participate in data sharing and they meet eligibility requirements, they can still apply for the Summer EBT Program.
