Have you ever broken down crying at your desk in the middle of the night?I know that feeling when you can't keep up with the crushing workload anymore. The anxiety and stress takes over and you feel your weekends grow shorter. You don't want a Monday to arrive. Still, you try to put a brave face at work while crumbling inside becomes an exhausting reality. If you are feeling the same, I have listed 5 simple changes that can help you get through it:→ Start your day with a simple ritual that's just for you. (It can be like journaling, meditation, or brewing a good cup of coffee)→ Take micro-breaks between work by standing up, stretching, or doing a few minutes of deep breathing.→ Use your lunch break! Get out of the office, even if just for a walk around the block to reset your mind.→ Bond with co-workers over shared interests by starting a book club, games group, or getting a coffee together.→ Make your commute a transitional period by listening to uplifting podcasts/music or calling a friend to detach from the day.If you still can't feel better and even the simple joys and hobbies that you once loved don't feel good then you need to seek professional help. Ignoring these feelings and sacrificing your peace of mind is not worth it.I am a qualified psychologist and psychotherapist. You can type "HELP" and I will connect with you to help you improve your mental health.

One thing that is not letting you have a healthy relationships... You heard your mind speaking when you fall for someone, "I'm not good enough," "Who am I kidding, they'd never go for someone like me."At first, it starts as a random thought. But the more we entertain those self-sabotaging words, the louder they become. Soon, it turns into a deeply-ingrained beliefs that eliminate our confidence from the inside out.The saddest part is that you start believing these limiting stories ourselves. You may fumble interactions, hesitate to put yourself out there, and slowly become your own worst enemy in a bid to find fulfilling bonds.A harsh truth is that if we don't value ourselves fully, how can we realistically nurture healthy relationships with others? The whispers you listen of unworthiness will ultimately push people away without you realizing it. Maybe you've found yourself declining social invitations before giving yourself a chance like deciding someone is "too good" for you. On way to get rid of these thoughts can be using the power of reprogramming with self-talk through affirmations. Simple statements like "I am worthy of love and belonging" or "I attract positive energy and healthy relationships." If you you one of them, I have prepared a special sheet of affirmations that can help you get over these self-sabotaging thoughts. DM me "I CAN" and I will send it over to you.

Stop prioritising others... Abandoning yourself often looks like putting everyone else's needs before your own. You neglect your own self-care and well-being.But at your core, you know something is missing. It's that vital sense of honoring your own wants, boundaries and inner voice. Abandoning yourself leads to burnout, resentment and a hollowness inside.Break this pattern to reconnect with yourself. Listen to those inner voice and start giving yourself what it needs.Because You Matter!! 😇
